To stabilize his earnings and maximize customer loyalty, we built a subscription-based membership and automated scheduling system, ensuring his clients booked recurring appointments while increasing his revenue through predictable cash flow.

Challenge

2. AI-Powered Scheduling & Booking System

Clients could pre-book their slots through a smart scheduling system linked to their membership.The system automatically optimized appointment availability, filling empty slots on slow days to maximize revenue.

3. Automated Appointment Reminders & No-Show Protection

Clients received AI-powered SMS & WhatsApp reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before their appointment, reducing no-shows.A late cancellation penalty ensured that last-minute cancellations didn’t hurt revenue.

4. Loyalty & Referral Incentives

We built a referral system that rewarded members with a free haircut for every 3 friends they referred.Clients who completed 5 consecutive appointments without rescheduling received a free premium grooming add-on (beard trim, facial, etc.).
